Nevada Elite FC works to keep its teams relatively age pure, i.e., U-11s play with U-11s, U-12s play with U-12s, etc.  However, the Club also seeks to keep players playing together within the same grade even if they technically fall into a lower age group.  For example, a U-14 player who is born August 3, 1994, and is a ninth grader can play at the U-15 level. 

The age group breakdowns for 2009-10 are as follows:

U-10 Girls (Nevada Elite ’00):  Born on or after August 1, 1999, and on or before July 31, 2000, or born after July 31, 2000, and entering the fourth grade in Fall 2009.

U-11 Girls (Nevada Elite ’99):  Born on or after August 1, 1998, and on or before July 31, 1999, or born after July 31, 1999, and entering the fifth grade in Fall 2009.

U-12 Girls (Nevada Elite ’98):  Born on or after August 1, 1997, and on or before July 31, 1998, or born after July 31, 1998, and entering the sixth grade in Fall 2009.

U-13 Girls (Nevada Elite ’97):  Born on or after August 1, 1996, and on or before July 31, 1997, or born after July 31, 1997, and entering the seventh grade in Fall 2009.

U-14 Girls (Nevada Elite ’96):  Born on or after August 1, 1995, and on or before July 31, 1996, or born after July 31, 1996, and entering the eighth grade in Fall 2009.

The following teams play will play in the Spring 2010 only:

U-15 Girls (Nevada Elite ’95):  Born on or after August 1, 1994, and on or before July 31, 1995, or born after July 31, 1995, and entering the ninth grade in Fall 2009.

U-16 Girls (Nevada Elite ’94):   Born on or after August 1, 1993, and on or before July 31, 1994, or born after July 31, 1994, and entering the tenth grade in Fall 2009.

U-17 Girls (Nevada Elite ’93):   Born on or after August 1, 1992, and on or before July 31, 1993, or born after July 31, 1992, and entering the eleventh grade in Fall 2009.

NOTE:  GBYSL does not allow players to play up more than one year.
